New tramway project for Helsinky – 38 Artic tramways made by Finnish vehicle producer Transtech – will also include products by AMiT. This specially designed fully low-floor tramway for City of Helsinky with unique city track layout requirements will be introduced during 2015 – 2018. AMiT supplies components for audio system and customized CCTV system. IP Audio components are highly sophisticated and will provide communication between driver and passengers. The similar concept is being used for CCTV, where various data including camera pictures will be recorded into recorder for safety reasons.
