AMiT has acquired a majority stake in the companies of the Bustec Group, a well-known manufacturer of electronics and systems for buses and trams.

Together we are thus becoming the Central European leader in public transport systems.

AMiT’s goal is to provide customers with complementary systems worldwide. We aim to offer complete systems for both rail vehicles and buses.

The combination of our expertise and technological solutions opens the door to new opportunities in existing and new markets all over the world.

Together with Bustec, we will develop already well-established markets in Germany, Benelux, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary and Poland.

At the same time, we plan to expand into other promising regions in the coming years, such as Spain, Sweden, Finland and Italy. The AMiT team will be strengthened with the arrival of Michal Dolejš, who will become the new CEO of AMiT Transportation from January 2025.

Michal will thus take over all activities from Aleš Krutina. Aleš Krutina, former CEO of AMiT Transportation and Operating Partner for CEIP, played a key role in stabilizing our company, setting up internal processes and preparing for planned acquisitions. With his leadership, we have laid a solid foundation for further growth and development of the company.

Our shared vision: This combination will enable us to better meet our customers’ requirements and keep pace with modern technology. We believe that the change will bring a positive drive to our company’s growth and strengthen our position as a market leader in public transport information systems.
