Secure and Reliable Systems for Railways and Public Transport

AMiT Transportation is one of the leading players in the development and manufacturing of electronics for transportation, railway and rolling stock vehicles. Our strengths lie in passenger information systems, IP surveillance and audio systems, TCN communication, communication infrastructure and on-board control systems that meet customer requirements and, of course, international general (EN) and industry-specific (UIC) standards.

Cybersecurity

The Cyber Resilience Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/2847) introduces a single, EU-wide cybersecurity rulebook for products with digital elements, enforced through the CE mark in the same way as safety and electromagnetic compatibility already are.

Our products are built to meet the essential requirements of the CRA and we are aligned to its timeline: security by design in our engineering, documentation and evidence for the integrator, and vulnerability monitoring and reporting for supported products.

For our customers this lowers the risk in their own CRA compliance. The reporting obligations, in force since 11 September 2026, also apply to products that are already on the market.

Our solutions are developed, manufactured and tested in the Czech Republic and Germany under certified management systems, and they meet the European standards that apply to rolling stock, from EN 50155 for on-board electronic equipment to EN 45545 for fire protection and UIC and TSI PRM requirements for passenger information.

  • ISO 9001 – quality management
  • ISO 14001 – environmental management
  • ISO 45001 – occupational health and safety
  • ISO 27001 – information security
  • IRIS Certification (ISO 22163) – railway quality management
